    Recruitment & Selection — Weeks 0–2
    Applications reviewed, online interviews and final selection. Expect a short challenge and a conversation with a mentor.
    Deliverable: Short campus plan + intros.
  2. 2
    Onboarding & Training — Weeks 3–6
    Bootcamp style sessions on core tools (Git, CI, basic infra), security fundamentals and community organizing.
    Deliverable: Complete onboarding tasks & first small project.

    Projects & Events — Months 2–4
    Lead campus events, coordinate workshops, and work on a capstone project with a mentor.
    Deliverable: Demo, blog post and community report.
  4. 4
    Showcase & Graduation — Months 5–6
    Present final projects at demo day, receive certification, and get guidance for next steps (internships / full-time).
    Deliverable: Final demo + certificate.

Who can apply?
Undergraduate and postgraduate students who are currently enrolled in a recognized university and have interest in tech communities and development.
Is there any cost?
No. Participation is free. Selected ambassadors may receive a stipend and other perks depending on performance and region.
What is expected weekly?
Regular participation in the Slack/Discord, hosting at least one campus activity per term, and contributing to project deliverables.
